Informational use

Niori provides general informational and editorial content about lip shades, cosmetic products, comparisons, ingredients, and application. It is a reference aid, not professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a guarantee that a product is safe or suitable for a particular person.

Follow current product labels and manufacturer directions. Stop using a product and seek appropriate professional advice if you experience a reaction or have a health concern. Shade appearance and product performance vary among people and environments.

Accuracy and availability

Niori works to make its information useful, but product names, ingredients, formulas, prices, stock, packaging, and shade appearance can change. Content may contain errors or become outdated. Niori may correct, update, remove, reorganize, or discontinue content or features without guaranteeing continuous availability.

Intellectual property and brands

Niori’s original text, organization, graphics, interface, and code are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may link to public Niori pages and use ordinary browser functions for personal, noncommercial use. Republishing, scraping at a disruptive scale, selling, or presenting substantial Niori content as your own requires permission or another lawful basis.

Third-party product names, brand names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Niori’s reference to them does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

Third-party sites

Niori may link to manufacturer, retailer, government, research, or other third-party pages for reference. Niori does not control those sites, their availability, their products, or their privacy and business practices. Review their current terms and policies before relying on or transacting with them.

Shade submissions

By submitting a shade image and product information, you confirm that you have the right to provide them and that the submission does not violate another person’s privacy, copyright, trademark, or other rights. Do not submit faces, confidential material, unlawful content, advertising, malicious files, or unrelated personal information.

You retain ownership of content you submit. To operate the submission and editorial workflow, you give the Niori site operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, review, reproduce, crop, resize, annotate, and display the submission as part of Niori and its promotion, with the right to remove it. This license language needs owner and legal review before public launch, including a decision about whether it should be revocable and whether attribution will be offered.

Submission does not guarantee publication, attribution, compensation, review, or continued availability. Niori may reject or remove a contribution for quality, relevance, rights, privacy, safety, or operational reasons.

Responsible use

Do not interfere with the site, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, overload public features, submit unlawful material, or use Niori in a way that infringes another person’s rights. Automated access must be reasonable, lawful, and consistent with published technical controls.

Disclaimers and limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Niori is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that every page or feature will be error-free, complete, or uninterrupted. The operator should not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from reliance on general site information when such a limitation is lawful. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

The operator’s identity, governing law, dispute process, age requirement, and final liability language have not been supplied. Those provisions should not be invented and require owner input and legal review before these terms are finalized.
